Folks are moving to Bayfield! It remains affordable! Population currently is around 2000 residents, and there are a bunch of great businesses who have set up shop in Bayfield. Fox Farm Village is an affordable housing subdivision and should have 50 multi family Dwelling units and 8 Fair Market Lots.
Mesa Meadows across the street from the Bayfield elementary School has 138 Single Family Residential lots, and Homestead Farms, a new subdivision just outside of city limits, has wonderful views, open space, and new homes!
Schools in Bayfield are highly rated and the district consists of one high school, one middle school, one elementary school, and one primary school.

The Town’s population is approximately 1800 residents with 900 rooftops currently being served by Town Utilities.
